Hi. I’m having to put this review up because I have been receiving information about a O2 customers account to my mobile. I am not even an O2 customer. I have tried every which way to contact but the virtual assistant sends me round every issue

After receiving O2's intention of raising my `no contract sim only' deal from £10.49/month to £12.99 next April 2026 with a ridiculous above inflation increase , I've since left. Now with Lebara at half of the cost (PAC code completed), and

Tried to move my mobile number from contract to pay-and-go. Spent about 5 hours overall speaking to robots and personnel. Was instructed to buy 2 new cards. 4 times received a promise "will switch in 2 days". 3 weeks passed, nothing happened.

Do not use O2, no investment, no customer service unless you what someone from India to lie to you repeatedly. If by chance your complaint after weeks with the Indian call centre is finally delt with in the UK you are completely fobbed off.
