I didn’t realise an old eSIM was blocking the upload of a new one from Jetpac. Randy quickly solved my problem and gave clear and easy directions to rectify the problem. My new eSIM was quickly uploaded and working fine.

Unfortunately had some installation process problems but with the help of Pau, he stepped in with live images step by step process. Within mins he solved my issues straight to the point. Great and helpful service.
