I had trouble with my eSim, for some reason I couldnโt topup. I contacted the customer support and John Roel assisted me quickly before I board my flight. Thanks to him it made my experience smooth.
The support staff member, Mark, helped me resolve my issue with recharging immediately. The first conversation was with bot, but Mark came in quite soon. I'm very happy with his support.
