I purchased an e-sim but my phone was not compatible. This was my fault as I hadn't checked properly. I contacted customer service/help line and they were great. My problem was dealt with immediately and efficiently and I was issued a full refund....
There was an error in my installing and so messaged the WhatsApp and had an instant reply and saw there was an error in the background. They re did it for me and I had it fixed within 5 minutes of messaging. Super helpful.

Relatively simple to get set up with some quirky stuff to get around. They ask you for a watsapp number so they can spam you with offers but not to tell you when your data is running out. Plans are reasonable in Europe but extornate in South...
Instructions utterly unclear and contradictory and incorrect for Android. I'm yet a few days before my trip and I won't know if it'll work once I get there, and if it doesn't it'll be too late. Overpriced and confusing and a waste of time.
