customer service was super efficient; helped me set up a new apn (I never would have discovered this solution) within 15 minutes of sending the first text on whatsapp. This solved the issue
Did you ever test the assigned/ unassigned section? Doesn't work, the screen keeps blinking and the only way is to close the app.
