Iโm using your eSIM at the moment in Cambodia, & although I have bars on my phone, I cannot use the internet. I can get Google maps to show and it lets me know where I am, but there is not enough strength to find any locations or show directions. I
Es excelente solo para tener whats app con un numero frances en este caso. Deveras tener otra sim para los datos y llamadas ya que esta solo sirve para recibir el cogido de whatspp
Hola Karolina Muchas gracias por tu reseรฑa de 5 estrellas โ ยกla valoramos muchรญsimo! ๐ Queremos aclarar que el plan que adquiriste incluye 15 dรญas con 200GB de datos, SMS ilimitados, llamadas locales ilimitadas y 120 minutos internacionales, por lo que no estรก limitado รบnicamente al uso de WhatsApp. Si pudiste usar WhatsApp, significa que tus datos mรณviles estaban funcionando correctamente, ya que la aplicaciรณn necesita conexiรณn a internet para operar. Recuerda tambiรฉn que para realizar llamadas internacionales es necesario marcar el cรณdigo internacional del paรญs antes del nรบmero (por ejemplo, +33 para Francia, +34 para Espaรฑa, etc.). Si experimentaste alguna dificultad con las llamadas o los datos mรณviles, puedes escribirnos a [email protected] y estaremos encantados de ayudarte a configurar tu telรฉfono y asegurarnos de que todo funcione perfectamente.
Had trouble connecting. Used Wattsapp customer service and they were very helpful. Took 2 hours for my husband to get the SIM connected to my iphone -assume it was an iphone settings issue - regardless he found the customer support team extremely
Overall, it worked well however, it was slow to load certain parts of the day mostly getting to the evenings, it was super slow. It took a really long time to load the page. Also in certain buildings, it did not work at all, you have to come out of
