After more than a month without a internet data in the area where I live and constant calls to O2, on top this ,after the last conversation this Tuesday 17th of March with Ronick Roldan, (02 customer service)he decided to turn off my sim card...
Now I see why Virgin is forcing to sign with them. Looking at reviews they would not have customers otherwise! Absolutely worst company No sim delivered and NO way of getting I'm touch with them but happily charging for no services provided...
Zero if I could..... Been having problems for 2 months...not getting my text messages until many hours after they were sent. O2 is an absolute joke! They want to send me a txt one time code to verify its me! Made repeated calls to address this...
Considering that O2 is meant to be amongst the bigger providers in the UK I have found their network coverage to be poor (compared to previous EE) so Iโm glad to be out of contract on my SIM only plan. Too many times the signal drops to very weak...
