Great friendly service. I ran into some problems with my phone and needed to refund my Jetpack esims. there was no hesitation at all, just support. I will certainly use Jetpack next time as this level of integrity gives me great confidence in terms
The setup email QR code didnโt come through properly (twice) but I used WhatsApp support, thanks Theresa, who was fantastic and sent thru the QR code, all fixed in minutes. Excellent and fast support, but maybe this happens a lot?
Used jetpac to get a decently priced esim for North American last year which worked smoothly. Unfortunately just had to cancel my UAE one due to travel restrictions but jetpac sorted this out straight away. I will definitely use again.
