Horrendous! Network terrible, staff either lie or dont give straight answer, cant undestand how one side of road good signall, other side barely any. Technical say this is impossible and area has 5G, turns out it hasnt. Told transmitter been
Useless in Edinburgh city centre , complete outage near Waverley & Haymarket area all year round. What use is 4g or 5g when there is no bandwidth???? A clear lack of investment in infrastructure.

Terrible company as you should already know. I'm stuck in a new contract with barely any coverage despite the checker saying it's excellent. Technical teams have done nothing to resolve it and no offer to cancel within cooling off period. Please
Started off with them taking two direct debits each mony which is fraud, they then placed unrelated amonts int the bank. Their front liners on the phone do not listen and when their undertakings fail to emerge they have to be considered as liars.
