Absolutely terrible. After taking a sim only plan all was working ok, then I started getting barraged with marketing texts from Lyca - short version of a really boring story….i called multiple times and they just didn’t seem to be able to stop them
Avoid Lyca is A Fraud.. I have had nightmares with Lyca networks and customers service, they have zero customer duty care, when I open my pays&go sim Lyca mobile monthly charges was £11 pounds per month and 3 months later the price was changed
App never runs from icon. Weirdly, you have to go to the play store, search for the app, then use the Open button there. Uninstalling and reinstalling does not help. Very annoying that this has not been fixed after what must be years now.

I purchased an eSIM from Lyca Mobile UK in April 2025 while in London. I no longer have access to the phone number, yet my account is still active and I am being charged for a service I cannot use. I have contacted customer support multiple times
