Purchased 2 eSims (75 Gb for 15 days) for Vietnam a week before use. Did not install as to avoid activation (of time limitation). Followed all instructions but could not activate. Approached customer support who would take hours in between responses
Buying an eSIM was a breeze. I will update this review once I have used the service in the destination country.
