I bought 3 esims for an upcoming trip, and the wrong one was set to use first. The help desk via WhatsApp was able to help me, talk me through what to look out for, etc, and my problem was solved. Really appreciate your patience, both Carl and Joevy...
I had 2 days in Japan with slow internet but I contacted customer services thru WhatsApp and they solved it in 10 minutes We have been 12 people in January no issues with all esims. In South Korea we were not able to contract

the network doesnt work sometimes and if you try to allocate more data to other people it automatically add data to your own Sim. very frustrating to use and complicated
