Globalesim never connected to DK data networks. Support was very supportive but never succeeded to activate the data connection. After a lot of wild bull..it tips (change network, apn name, aso...) they admitted to have problems with DK networks. It... بیشتر ببینید

I had trouble with my eSim, for some reason I couldn’t topup. I contacted the customer support and John Roel assisted me quickly before I board my flight. Thanks to him it made my experience smooth.

The support staff member, Mark, helped me resolve my issue with recharging immediately. The first conversation was with bot, but Mark came in quite soon. I'm very happy with his support.
