Bought plan for Vietnam. Worked out ok. Bought plan (e-sim) for Thailand befor arriving. Was not able to get online within the first hour after arrival. Everything looked ok on phone. Could not figure ouy what was wrong. WI-Fi in airport was crap so... بیشتر ببینید

The live agent was really helpful, was able to diagnose the issue and resolve remotely via a chat box. Worked better than the AI agent support, so really enjoyed the human aspect of communicating with them. Live agent was Torin, he saved me twice... بیشتر ببینید

I was traveling in China and my Wi-Fi kept failing to connect. The customer service staff" llona Drayton" were very patient, guiding me step-by-step through the process and successfully resolving the issue. I'm very grateful to the Saily team.

A complete disappointment. I took the short package for Qatar for a long layover. During the layover, I figured out it was significantly slower than the free WiFi of Doha airport. It was a complete waste of money and time. Anyway, I am super happy... بیشتر ببینید
