Useless in Edinburgh city centre , complete outage near Waverley & Haymarket area all year round. What use is 4g or 5g when there is no bandwidth???? A clear lack of investment in infrastructure.
Started off with them taking two direct debits each mony which is fraud, they then placed unrelated amonts int the bank. Their front liners on the phone do not listen and when their undertakings fail to emerge they have to be considered as liars.
Absolute well and truly cowboys. How this company still legally operates within the UK is well and truly beyond me, if you can even say within the UK eith Mr Sanjeet "supporting" all the way across the world... I won't even bother going into detail
Absolutely terrible connection once I go into my home I donโt get a signal even after the merge with voda things have gotten worse. I have tried to cancel my contract due to poor service but they are telling me I need to pay the remaining of my
