This is the worst network I ever have in my entire life. It happened to me three times already that every time I add on 300 thb, the entire amount did not reflect on my dtac app instead it only shows less than a 100 and my voice call load increases

Dtac store in Lotus's, Na Kluea, Pattaya. Went in to buy Happy Tourist 30 day SIM. Told by first salesperson "not available at this store - try another". Spoke to second salesperson & no problem - got my Happy Tourist SIM within 5 minutes. I
DTAC is the worst scamming carrier. They obscenely charge for erroneous services which were never requested and say it's the phone's fault which is an utter lie. After several months, AIS has been much better. No dropped calls and acceptable
