After cancelling mobile internet contract I sent the router back following Three's procedure. Their courier (DPD) allegedly lost it. Three plans to charge me for it and tells me to deal with DPD. Basically a scam. Hopefully bank can reverse
I was served quickly by Anare, listened too, given the various options and financial implications clearly and in a very friendly way, no hard sell. I left with an exactly what I went in for a wee cost saving on another contract. Great service

Wasn't intending to update my phone, given the costs etc. After a couple of minutes discussing various phone options (bells and whistles) with the Customer Avisor Darren, recognised there was no point in delaying. There was no pressure no hardsell
Great service every time. Kamran has dealt my contracts for alot of years and wont go anywhere else. 3 also great network never have any issues and any minor issues had have been dealt with quickly and efficiently. Honest and reliable always advised
