I've used Jetpac eSIMs on many trips before, without issue. On my most recent trip I had issues connecting and getting data access, and their Global Support Team tried various methods to fix the problem until finally landing on one that worked.
Great on line service for troubleshooting. I have used Jetpac esim before with no problems. This time my phone wouldn't load the esim. After an extended two way whatsapp chat with the help line operator and screen shots it appeared it may be caused
I used Jetpac in 2024 - no problems . This time in 2026 I had a lot of hassle connecting the eSIM . Customer support was prompt but ineffective- in the end I suggested deleting it and reinstalling- that worked. Just don’t bother buying the half
This was my first time getting an e-sim and did not know how to rename it to distinguish from an airalo one. Jetpac have actual live human beings in support and my request for help was answered almost straight away. Airalo on the other hand is AI
