I’m using your eSIM at the moment in Cambodia, & although I have bars on my phone, I cannot use the internet. I can get Google maps to show and it lets me know where I am, but there is not enough strength to find any locations or show directions. I

Recuerda también que para realizar llamadas internacionales es necesario marcar el código internacional del país antes del número (por ejemplo, +33 para Francia, +34 para España, etc.). Si experimentaste alguna dificultad con las llamadas o los datos móviles, puedes escribirnos a [email protected] y estaremos encantados de ayudarte a configurar tu teléfono y asegurarnos de que todo funcione perfectamente.
Had trouble connecting. Used Wattsapp customer service and they were very helpful. Took 2 hours for my husband to get the SIM connected to my iphone -assume it was an iphone settings issue - regardless he found the customer support team extremely
