Beyond great support, (First)y😁 the prompt and polite messaging in combination with all levels of unending support and patience. I had a technical issue larger than I could have ever anticipated.. The relentless efforts from this organization are...
very nice app, good prices, it's easy to travel abroad. In my case the internet needed a couple of mins to connect for first time in new country though. afterwards everything's fine
Thanks so much for the great review! We're really happy to hear Firsty makes travel easy for you, and glad that initial connection got sorted quickly. -James
used to like this app, then you changed it. 1 week of 200mbs per day that the adds use half of- what a joke. you used to have the motto, everyone deserves to be connected. now your app sucks.
Thanks for sharing your feedback. I'm sorry to hear our recent changes aren't working for you, especially regarding the data used by ads. I'd really like to investigate this and help. Please reach out to us in the Firsty app or email [email protected] - we can always get customers online. -James
-James
