What a scam. Super slow connections in China, even in large cities. In rural areas it's even worse. Horrible experience. In comparison my wife's esim from another company performed much better.

Hi Abdul, to help us troubleshoot, what country are you currently in? Some regions block foreign eSIM apps, but using a VPN usually bypasses this restriction. Let us know if this works or if you need further assistance! Thank you.
Easy installation, flawless connection in many countries I have been recently, usually 5G if it's available. Good promotions (up to 50%) from time to time, I hope they keep it up. Definitely recommend Eskimo eSIM!
