My problem was resolved and i was assisted well. I suggest though that if troubleshooting communication is interrupted due to time difference or for whatever reason, the next time the customer comes back to continue, the flow should also continue...
I ordered 2 eSIM packs only to find out our devices aren’t compatible. They refunded me right away. Customer service over WhatsApp was great.

I had troubles connecting to my esim and I had 2 unactive packs unused and still connected to a different pack that’s a different country. I messaged them on Whatsapp and the troubleshooting was fast and they helped me go through it. They’ve also...
