Easy to setup, checks the settings so I can fix it if I didn't complete it correctly. So far, it's been easy to setup so I like it and the price was better than my regular carrier for the same number of days.

Bought plan for Vietnam. Worked out ok. Bought plan (e-sim) for Thailand befor arriving. Was not able to get online within the first hour after arrival. Everything looked ok on phone. Could not figure ouy what was wrong. WI-Fi in airport was crap so...
The live agent was really helpful, was able to diagnose the issue and resolve remotely via a chat box. Worked better than the AI agent support, so really enjoyed the human aspect of communicating with them. Live agent was Torin, he saved me twice...
Help was excellently done and resolved. Customer service patiently walk me through step by step to resolved the problem By the way refund is easy and can be used again for your other future trips.
