The eSim i bought doesn’t have any connection I contacted them i explained and nothing they didn’t respond the application is scam !!!!!!

Does not work, especially Malta. The online help line is not helpful! Waste of money!!!!! 18$ down the drain. And whats the point in replying with an email address whilst in Malta.

Process seemed to be straight forward and easy, even for a technophobe like me. Been out in Poland for 3 days now and have had absolutely no issues using the phone out and about. Reception has been great so would really recommend. Off to Thailand in...
