This is my second time that I’m using eSIM. I was having a problem in registering so I sought helped online. The responding agent, Joanne was extremely helpful, escalated to tech team and got the problem resolved. Thanls

Had an issue with not being able to activate eSIM when arriving at my destination and did not use plan, agent dealt with my issue with ease. Will keep using Orange Travel eSIM for next trip. Tks again Orange 🍊

Works excellent on French side but there is no coverage on the Dutch side. Disapointed. All settings were set! There is no covarage on Dutch side. Data is dead! I had to buy another Telem or Tellcell sim card for Dutch side, You need to check with
I have an eSIM. In my account on internet I should be able to see exactly the validity dates of both my eSim and the recharges. We should also be notified in advance about the expiration date of the eSim. For example, I made a recharge on July 28th
