Easy to purchase e-SIM and easy to apply to handset (although a bit tricky at first). We've now bought 5 e-SIMs for various countries and for a few pounds it's well worth it not just for unexpected events but also for general convenience. It works
Complete waste of money. I paid €7 euro for a Zambian eSIM - I had no connection through the duration of the package and no internet access which made my short stay very difficult - even in Lusaka where connectivity usually no issue. No customer
Recently the app has required a "verification of documents" in order to purchase a sim. Didn't like the idea of uploading any ID but what the heck, tried it anyways. Unfortunately it has refused to verify my IDs and I have been unable to purchase
I've used Airalo quite a lot now and countries include South Korea, Pakistan, Malaysia, Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan. Malaysia was the only country which didn't work perfectly as my data was throttled every day from 1230 pm. This could have been down
