I wanted to use the eSIM from saily in Korea, but somehow my phone didn't let me install the eSIM. So I had to buy another eSIM which worked. After a few messages with the support I got my money back. I give four points because the eSIM didn't...
I had trouble getting my SIM card to work at first, but the support team was amazing. Norah Blade guided me through the whole process with patience and clarity. They even refunded me in credit so I could try again, and it finally worked perfectly....
So easy to install the esim. Only downside. When I paid by credit card, I was informed that the transaction was denied. However a few nins later I received an email with the installation instructions
