I was unable to activate the eSIM abroad. I contacted support on WhatsApp. She/he answered me after 2 minutes. patiently guided me step by step what to do on my phone. After each step, a test was done and when it didn't work again, another step... ተጨማሪ ይመልከቱ

This has been my go to Esim for all travel, but for the last 2 trips to South Africa the coverage has been poor. Frustratingly my son who has a global eSIM with Airalo was receiving a decent signal when sat next to me. Perhaps they use different... ተጨማሪ ይመልከቱ
